Uncatchable seemed like the right call, but it seemed blatantly illegal what the CB did to Nicks. I need to brush up on my NFL rules

 

it was uncatchable, but that should still be a penalty

more than just some illegal contact there

 

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. THat can't be legal in that circumstance

 

I will never understand certain coaches/QB's sometimes. You only 4 yards for a 1st down, why throw a long pass there?

Eli with the killer pick, but not his fault.

 

That was somewhat his fault, that ball was thrown way to high. If he threw a good pass that doesnt happen.

 

Eli may get a lot of heat but a lot of those picks wern't his fault. Eli is getting no help from his teammates.

 

This loss is on Eli though, the defense did an ok job but that pick 6 is the difference.

The Bears are moving to 4-2 and are in a good position through 6 games.

 

That pass was way to high, that pick is 100% on Eli. You can not expect someone to catch that.

 

If it was an athletic WR maybe, an unathletic TE, no...that was definitely on Eli.
