I really really like what Idzick has done for this organization so far. I absolutely love how he has created competition at literally every position. I feel that WR is still our weakest position but it will definitely be addressed in next years draft.

He took an absolutely dead offensive roster and has pumped it full of guys that he got at value, both in the draft and FA. We now have 5 guys competing for two Guard spots, 2 guys competing at RT, 3 guys at TE, 2 guys at FB, 4 guys at RB, and 3 guys at QB. Although there are no clear starters at these positions, all of these players were taken in low rounds of the draft or low cost FA's (Except Geno, who was arguably taken at a tremendous value). The only positions with obvious starters are LT, C, and WR (I'd argue that due to depth Hill is the obvious favorite to get the second spot here. Like I said, weak at this position but there's next year's draft.)

On defense, he got value for our best player soon to walk away for nothing, and got two plus players for Rex Ryan's defense. Our weakest position here is the LB corp as a whole, another group likely to be overhauled next year. He chose BPA in the first round for sure, bringing in a ultra-athletic and very physical CB, and a super-fast DT who can move around the line. We are very deep on the line, and those two players allow Rex Ryan to be highly unpredictable in the fronts he draws up because he can continue man to man coverage nearly every snap now and has Wilkerson, Ellis, Richardson, Garay, and Coples all to mix and match up front. Imagine an obvious passing down with Wilkerson, Richardson, and Coples all coming at the QB not to mention various blitzers...maybe we'll finally start notching some sacks. Idzick also brought in some guys at to compete at safety, so there are 4 to compete for two positions basically now. I'm not satisfied with the LB corp at all, especially since there seem to be 4 predetermined starters now with Barnes, Davis, Harris, and McIntyre and none are at the level I'd like. I expect multiple LB's to come through next years draft and compete with all of the guys here now, although I expect Harris to get cut by then.

I'm not expecting wild things this year but I think he's handled the first offseason of the rebuild very well. He stuck to the montra of building through the draft, and freeing up cap space. I like all of his picks in the draft, mostly because I can see all 7 players becoming starters next year. the 3 O-Linemen can slide right into the two guard spots and RT spot if they prove themselves, the two 1st rounders are no brainers, then there's Geno, and Bohanan at FB. The 7th round is a reasonable place to select a FB, as opposed to the ridiculous 3rd rounder we spent on "The Terminator". Also it was good value using that 4th pick to get a proven RB, despite injury concerns he has great upside.

All in all, I like the changes made on the roster between February and now. As far as how the coaching goes, we'll see.

EDIT: My bad John Conner was a 5th rounder.

a joke of a 5th round pick, Rex looked really bad on that one. I am willing to guarantee that Bohanon will have a more productive jets career than John Conner, and he has yet to put on pads

Conner had Shitt Greene running behind him what more could he have done

He was a true FB while T-Bo is way way way way(I'm going to use about 50 more ways) more versatile
