I know everybody (except nyjunc, Hobbes3259, and rortega) are down on Sanchez so lets do something different. Lets talk about your favorite (positive) Mark Sanchez moments, plays, games etc.

    Game

2009 week 1 at Houston Texans

He threw for 272 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

I liked the way he played in this game, he seemed very confident and was making some big time throws especially against a good defense the Texans had. I was very excited and I felt that we finally have a QB.

2010 playoffs, especially vs. the Patriots. That's one of my favorite games of all time, and Sanchez played well if I remember correctly.

Fitting this topic is made 20 days before his pending cut... Well potentially anyway.

I didn't think their was any way the Jets were going to win this game. They had quite a run of last minute wins in 2010.

Houston game without a doubt. I was in the stands right at the corner of the EZ that Holmes caught that ball in. With the stadium nearly empty I was able to run around like a nut up and down my entire row.

By far the best spectator sports related monument in my life. Will never forget those 2 passes ( Bomb to Bray Bray, Fade to Holmes ).

I recently re-watched the last quarter of this game, and something jumped out at me.

In the closing minutes, Wayne Hunter was on the field for at least a few plays and did his absolute best to lose the game. He whiffed terribly on a block deep in Jets territory, and it led directly to an interception and Houston's last points of the game.

I wonder... If we hadn't come back to win, Hunter's atrocious play might have been exposed to the bulk of the fan base a little sooner.

    Ah well.

Carving up the Patriots in the 2010 Playoffs and the 2010 Texans game among many others.

As my avatar attests to I liked the hot dog thing. Still makes me laugh.

But fav moment is playoffs vs Pats.

Worst has to be the butt fumble.

His 2009 game against the Titans was another one that gets overlooked. Come to think about it, it wasn't until we played the Saints that Sanchez was looking like a competent QB.

i think mark sanchez has a QB rating of like 93 or something in the playoffs. i feel bad for the kid because i think he actually cares about football, he just can't play for the jets anymore

anyways, have people forgotten when we beat the colts in 2010 or 2009? that shit was awesome for marky
