If anyone is an ESPN Insider can you please post this story http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/9258204/nfl-why-new-york-jets-thrive-darrelle-revis Thanks
"Ryan's is a demanding defensive scheme, one that requires eye discipline, formation recognition and the ability to adjust (quickly) to offensive movement. But it is also a scheme that puts defenders in a position to make plays because of Ryan's ability to mesh both coverage and pressure. Unlike a core Cover 2 defense that leans on landmark drops (where you're looking for a spot to work from) and scheme-based techniques, Ryan's defense will adjust the game plan to take away specific concepts or personnel groupings based on the opponent." The reason why I love Rex
He's the anti-Mangini. This is why I'm not concerned about Coples moving to OLB despite his weight. Rex isn't going to force him into bad positions. He understands his players strengths and weaknesses and also why I cannot wait to see Sheldon Richardson on the field.
We already knew the defense could be fine without revis, the only ones that don't know this are the so called sport experts who really know very little other than general facts about a team.
