So, Tebow lovers, please take this time to find a different Tebow worship forum. Tebow haters, here's your chance to spill your venom for the last time...
Omg this feels like going to watch an old casino getting demolished. You'll miss it but you will never forget it took your money and can't wait to watch it go down.
Good riddance to the terrible teammate that is Tebow. Good bye and good luck to the delusional Tebow fans that will go to their graves thinking Tebow was a victim of a conspiracy when he fails his way out of football in the next few years. Now, let's burn it to the ground.
Good luck, Teboners. I'm sure many of you already have accounts over at the Orlando Predators site. Oh, and it looks like just about every roster is pretty much full at QB. Those that aren't (Jacksonville) already said they don't want him. So have fun watching him in the AFL, cuz I'm not even sure he can pass well enough for Canada. You can also enjoy his underwear commercials selling Hanes underwear for older women.
Sad to see Tebow go, since he was the best QB we had in 2012. Happy to see Geno Smith and Garrard are here, and I won't have to endure another season of Suckchez. We might even get something resembling an NFL offense. Good luck Tebow.
So is Tebow. Sanchez had more turnovers than a Boston Market Rotiseree, but you'd be pulling just as many if not more hairs out of your head when you see him threaten to set a record for consecutive three and outs like he did no less than 3 times in 2011. Trust me. The "go nowhere" offense is just as frustrating and you better have a defense keeping them in the game, or that last minute miracle when teams drop back into "bend but not break" defenses giving him time to think will not amount to shit.
If there is a sad part to the story on the Tebow side, it has to be that neither he nor his supporters could see that a change of position may have resulted in a rewarding career in the NFL. If only the Jets shop had sold blinders maybe the rest of us could have jumped on the Timmy wagon.
I've followed the NFL since about 1973 and Tebow fans are among the very worst people I've encountered. I sincerely hope no NFL team's management is short sighted enough to ever put another fan base through this kind of stupid bullshit.
None of them wanted him to switch. A couple of them right here on this site in the past have said as much. They see it as more of him "giving in" rather than "standing firm." One even said they'd rather he be out of the NFL than to give in to the critics that say he's better off at another position. Easy for them to say. It isn't as if any of THEM will get a chance at an NFL career.
As much as I disliked Tebow on this team, you cannot call him a terrible teammate. He doesn't purposely bring the Tebow crazies with him. I'm sure if you asked him, he would rather they just stopped following him because it's probably costing him a job.
