He was good tonight, and we defo missed him last year. Fingers crossed injury free for the rest of the season.
Certainly. He was an impact player before the injury, and it's good to see that he's off to an impressive start.
One of my worries was Eric Barton. Not because of his injury because it isn't as if he is prone to hurting himself, but I just had a gut feeling that questioned his motivation. So far, seems like he's pumped up and roaring to go this season.
Barton is an intense man. Him and Vilma at ILB is a terrifying tandem and most people don't realize what we have there. Those two crush guys all day long.
Barton is the man. I was ecstatic when we signed him in '04 and I'm really glad he bounced back from the injury.
He was all over the field and probably has the most swagger of any Jet. We missed him big time last year.

Barton was our best defensive player in 2004 and also the emotional leader of the D, his loss was HUGE last year. Let's hope he can stay healthy b/c we need him.
