If we could somehow grab Dion Jordan and Tavon Austin, i would be extremely satisfied, even if we had to give up a third to move up a little with say maybe the Browns to jump ahead of the Cardinals. Two impact players who are probably some of the more safer picks in the draft. I really hope that the pick isnt Mingo, his bust potential is so high, i really hope the fascination with Mingo from us isnt as strong as it appears to be.

That's why I didn't respond sooner. I want Jones and the best offensive player in a trade down. I think 13 is too high for a Guard and don't think any of the WR's are worth 13. Not sold on Smith (too much negative about how he prepares) or Barkley. No RB worth the 13 either. Hate to take two defenders, but with no trade down...

Dion Jordan and Tavon Austin would immedietly gets Jets nation excited. If Dion escapes the top 5, I wouldn't be pissed off if we traded up a little to grab him.

Austin and Warmack. Lets make our offense watchable.

We can draft a safety and pass rusher later.

    Hell no.

If Dion falls, take him at 9. If he doesn't you can easily grab a guy like Jones who will have a great impact.

We ARE NOT trading up in this draft. That's retarded

I voted Austin and "other" because I don't care what the combine shows Bjoern Werner can be a beast of an OLB despite his lack of so called athleticism.

Am I the only one who thinks Ziggy Ansah should be on this list?

He would be one of my choices.
    Along with Warmack or Cooper.

I see where the Austin lovers are coming from,
but I think we could go with Patterson or Hopkins
in the 2nd and it won't be that much of a downgrade
    if any.

Im hearing things that could point to Jarvis Jones falling deep into round 1. I personally dont think he's in play at our picks. Maybe in a trade down scenario.

Tyler Eifert should also be on the list.

Barkevious Mingo - I like his athleticism and mentality enough to take him. Yay.
Chance Warmack - Probably not the perfect draft pick for Marty's offense, but I won't protest if he is picked. Yay.
Geno Smith - Too inaccurate and doesn't play well in weather. Nope.
Jarvis Jones - Slow, small and with huge medical concerns. Nope.
Jonathan Cooper - His great and all that, but a zone-blocking guard this high? Nope.
Kenny Vacarro - This draft is deep at S and I'm far from sure Vacarro is the best prospect. Nope.
Star Lotuleiei - Is he really a 3-4 NT? And will he really drop this far without other concerns? Nope
Tavon Austin - Love the guy, but Sanchez's inaccuracy would get him killed. Nope.
Xavier Rhodes - I think he woud be a nice fit for Rex's defense, but he's probably a reach this early in the draft. Nope.

I'm going to go with Barkevious Mingo and Chance Warmack, but I want to see them trade pack and accumulate more picks, this team has no talent, but they also don't have any positions locked up, they need as many players as possible

I went with other. Ziggy Ansah should be on this list. I would prefer a trade down with the 13, but would take Warmack or Cooper if no trade

so on 1 hand these players arent't worth the #9

on the other hand, another team should give multiple picks to get 1 of them?

I would LOVE Star and Jones with our two picks. That kind of talent with Wilkerson and Coples would be incredible.

This is a QB driven league and with no franchise QB in sight we should shift our focus to getting to the QB.

Vacarro and Cooper. Cooper fits our scheme better than Warmack and we need a safety, Vacarro will be elite.

I would also take Star and Cooper if they were both available.

People who say that are by no means draft experts and scouts, because with the new rookie scales, now more than ever, the guys that actually do the analysis for the teams will tell you draft the best player at the position you need and not worry in which round.

I chose Mingo and Cooper. I see that the Bama players are getting a lot of love, but Mingo has massive upside as a pass rusher. Cooper is an amazing pass blocker and moves better than Warmack. Warmack is very slow and doesn't pull well - his faults were hidden somewhat at Bama. In a passer's league, Cooper is the better fit and pick.

I agree about Star. I want him more than anyone else in
    the draft honestly.
I think he would be a perfect fit.

"But DR,H? he's undersized to be true NT"

    Oh is he?...

    Sione Pouha:
    Height - 6'3"
    Weight - 325 lbs

    Star Lotulelei:
    Height - 6'4"
    Weight - 325 lbs

Not to mention Star is far leaner, and taller than Sione.
I'm not a MD (medical Dr.) but this tells me he could be
larger than our last NT, not that (IMO) he needs to be.

    At 13? J. Jones.

    I wanna trade down though....

    At 13? J. Jones
    At 23? Hopkins
    At 25? Eifert
