i never understood why people cared so much about whether or not a person were homosexual. theres a difference between being a normal person and a rapist, and unless you think that every gay dude is a rapist, why the hell would you worry about being naked around them or any other crap like that, unless of course, you do want them to want you, and so letting them see brings up the same anxiety as if a chick were walking in. in short, get over it. just cause a dude is gay doesnt mean he wants or is trying to fuck you, and unless you want to fuck them, why do you care? if this guy were to come out, my opinion of him as a player or a man certainly wouldnt change and id expect the same from any other rational straight man. it just makes no sense to me how upset people get over somebody elses sexuality.

Mark Sanchez because he hides it by being seen with high profile celebrity women. So now not only will his contract be an obstacle, so will getting rid of him without drawing the PC police.
I think the reaction will entirely depend on who it is. If it's a high profile player like Aaron Rodgers, obviously that equals a much bigger story. Either way, I guarantee you'd see a media crap-storm like none before it... reporters, most of them not even sports writers, will descend on the locker room in question and treat this like it's the biggest story in the history of the league. For whatever team is involved, it will inevitably become a major distraction. A lot of it will depend on what team the guy is on too (I mean, what NFL team... that being the whole point). Some will handle it better than others.
