I loved Sione as a leader and a character guy. Was a great run stuffer for us and a great presence in the locker room. Even on twitter the guy showed more love to fans on a personal level than I have seen other NY Jet players. However, I like this move. It gives us more financial freedom to pursue other free agents in this market for the multiple holes we have. Re-signing DeVito is a must as this point without Pouha. I also like this move because if Star drops to us, you almost have to take the guy. Can you imagine a front 3 of Coples, Star, and Mo Wilkerson if they hit their anticipated upside?

Damn man. I know it's the right move cap wise but I'm still bummed out. Quality guy & solid player. Hopefully, Jets can resign him back for much lower price. If he goes elsewhere, I wish him the best.

Might have won those games if Jenkins played

Yep I'm hoping they give Ellis and snacks a chance to get a lot of snaps

We probably would have. He was a serious game changer when healthy.

When Jenkins was healthy, he was as disruptive a force at the interior of the line as i've ever seen.
