anyone think brad smith will be used in some way today? either on some kind of double pass, end around, reverse gadget play or even just as a receiver?

with dwight being out, let's hope the coaching staff can think of some creative ways to use smith

i think we'll see him at WR more than a few times, and maybe even line up in the backfield with Penny and get a direct snap... who knows?

I'd really love to see how Brad Smith does in a real game situation, because a lot of people saw his college footage and said, oh that's just in college. But he looked just as electrifying in pre-season, so there's a good chance this kid is for real.

Probably, especially in week 1, he's our "secret weapon."

I sure hope so, too. The most exciting part of the pre-season happened in the final game vs. the Eagles when he was in at QB. Now, I don't expect to see him in as QB, but I want to see him on the field and what he can add to this offense. He's got the tools, but can he get it done on the field? I hope so.
