i love the way you (ahem) jets bozos call the giants winning (ahem) "luck"...yeah luck, the whine of (ahem) losers...the giants are (ahem) a winning organization and the jets are (ahem) one of the leagues jokes and last went to their one and only (ahem) super bowl when the beatles were still together (ahem)...yeah go on the road to beat (ahem) two 13-3 teams and and 18-0 team in 07 (ahem) and go on the road to beat a 15-1 team a 13-3 team and a 13-3 team in the sb in 11...real (ahem) lucky...and hold a scoring machine in the 90's bills to 17 points in 90 (ahem)...yeah real lucky u remember those bills and pats teams? they usually wiped the floor with you guys every year? hell pats still do : ) (ahem)
From 07-12 I was "depressed" Because the Giants, Pats and 2 years we lost in the AFCCG. I never really get excited because I really have no interest in who wins because we have never been there in my life. I usually get "excited" for food. And now that I'm 22, beer. Plus, once we get to go to a super bowl, there isn't going to be a big party a my house, because I WILL be there. In 09-10 my father told me that if they go to the super bowl, pack your bags, we're going. So now, if we ever do go, I am taking my father.
Nope. I have a house full of 49ner fans and tons of food so It should be a good time. At lease the patriots are not playing.
This year I have no animosity against either team, so it doesn't depress me at all. Seeing teams I don't like in there makes me not want to watch the game. If the Jets for once start to build a good program worthy of making a Super Bowl, they'll make it. Until then, just enjoy the game and hope for a better year next year.
Not so much depressed over the SB, but more disgusted by the over coverage and "TMZ"/ Jerry Springer/ gossipy shit-fest it has become. The game starts at 5:30 (local time), so I'll probably tune in at about 5:15 to minimize the assault of fucktardedness on my senses.
Can not wait till it is here next year!! Went last year for the giants with my dad and all of the events and players signing free stuff was awesome!! And now it will be very close for everyone to enjoy.....If you can take off work I would recommend it and if you have kids I would recommend it as well. My brother is 10 and had time of his life!
Ive reported him...i enourage you to do the same. He has a history of jets bashing. He wont be here much longer.
I lived in Maryland for essentially my entire 30's, a clean decade. I saw the genesis of Flacco first hand and my wife is a UD grad so I will be pulling hard for the Ravens even though I think they are distinct underdogs.
Love the playoffs and really good football. Not depressed at all. Wish the Jets could field a great football team but if they don't it's not going to keep me from enjoying great football. Hope the game is a good one. The last few years have been great after years of awful mismatches.
Last Year was depressing, this year not so much. I'm excited for this game, and I'm rooting for Ed Reed to get his first ring
next year if JETS dont make it, heck yeah I will be. I want to hear more J!E!T!S! @ "home." *goes and cry in a corner*
