LaMont is very strong early in the season - start him for the first half of the season unless the defensive matchup clearly indicates otherwise.
i had the option at both at them at 11- I took portis at 10- i took lamont, alot of people dont like the decision but dont forget lamont gets all the touchs in the red zone, pittman gets caddys and they also throw alot of screens ot lamont. i am not sure if it was the best decison cuz TB is a much better team but i would say lamont, and its nt only cuz i have him, look for a much improved Balt team. ps. who is your third RB that you can sit one of those guys. cuz ur RBs must be stacked
I'd go with Caddy. San Diego had the top rushing defense last year, and I wouldn't expect them to drop off too much. Baltimore has a solid D, but nothing to really be afraid of anymore. And as for Lamont starting the season strong, the same can be said about Caddilac. Lamont only has one starting year under his belt, same as Caddy, and Caddy ran for like 400 yards and a bunch of TDs in his first 3 games last season prior to getting hurt.
I rarely play players based on matchups, so use who you drafted first since that is the guy you felt was better when you drafted them.
My third running back is Thomas Jones...I am going to start him. I am still undecided about Lamont and Cadi though.
Go with Lamont simply because nobody else will take his carries. On TB there is always the chance Pittman takes some carries from Cadillac.
This is my 3rd Year with TJones. He is one of the biggest sleepers in FF. Everyone passes on him and every year he puts up SOLID #2 numbers. afa Lamont, Everyone here knows that's my boy but you can't run behind a Fked up line. The fact that he still got 1000 yds in only 14 games behind that Awful line says he is the real deal. And let's not forget all the TD's. I'd agree with WW's Logic on the "Defensive Matchup". It's week to week.
