The thread was about the short 3rd down situation on an earlier drive. The full series was also good, but got to have some routes called for blitz. Or spread them way out, so they can't bunch up and blitz. That's where the "spread" word comes from -- you make it to where if they bunch of for a blitz, you know what route to go to. Somebody is going to be open.

The 3rd and one was good, they shouldn't have left Tebow in an obvious passing down. If Tebow goes to SF and maybe WAS he could better his career 1000x over. He needs specific coaches, Rex and Sparano are not those coaches.
You are a Jets fan and during a loss like this you are worried about trolling the Tebowmania forum. Your priorities are way out of whack. You need to worry on your "best chance to win" who just threw 4 INTs and had an additional fumble.
Actually have felt bad for Tebow all year. He works hard, but should have went to jacksonville with a chance to start instead of joining this offensive mess. I used to root against him but I have learned to appreciate his efforts, wish him all the best luck on a team that can use him.

Why oh why would a team with 2 quality young QBs (in SF's case one young and one potential free agent veteran) pursue Tebow?
STOP The 49ers run a precision passing game, they call very few QB runs it is not a system Tebow could run since it is predicated on accuracy on all route lengths. Tebow does not have anything approximating Kaepernick's arm or accuracy.
