    It's so fucking obvious that absolutely nobody in the Jets front office how bad he is. He could set the all time record for futility and they would all sit around and laugh about it.

    They missed their window, and it's too late. When the season was spiraling downward, some sort of stubbornness set in at all levels in the organization, and they moved from being able to credibly claim "you either get the job down, or give the next man a try," to some sort of dumpster fire where results absolutely do not matter.

    This entire offense is dysfunctional, no weapons and limited QB play. Just terrible. Tanny, Woody, and Rex are to blame.

    You're missing the point completely.

    If Rex had something to do that he thought would pick things up he would have done it weeks ago. Weeks ago. There's no option that is likely to make things better at this point.

    If the Jets put McElroy in there right now with Keller limping and Hill the only go-to option things are likely to get worse. And yes, they can get worse.

    Rex Ryan's job security is evaporating because he has nobody to play at QB and very few people with talent around whoever he picks. You better believe he's going to go with the guy he thinks has the best chance in that situation.
