This is what worries me against the Patriots, settling for FG's instead of TD's. I think we can move the ball in the open field, but when we hit the redzone and their secondary weakness is not as pronounced, can we punch it in? We have to score touchdowns......field goals will be next to useless against the Patriots. They are leading the NFL in points and yards per game (and touchdowns specifically). Not knocking our defense, but the Patriots scored 30 v the Ravens and 23 v the Seahawks, and there is no reason to think they will not get a minimum of 27 against the Jets. Can we punch it in? Will Green be effective down there? My suggestion: double tight end formation in the redzone with Keller and Cumberland. Jump in.
