that was a good call. tebow is great in the redzone and mark this year has been prone to mistakes there. the next 2 plays resulted in 12 yards. the mistake there was not letting tebow get 2 more cracks from the 4 yardline.

There was some retarded shit going on tonight, but did anyone notice the discrepancy in talent on the field between the teams? The fact that the Jets were even in that game should be a credit to the coaching staff.

Give Rex Watts and Arian Foster and tell me what happens.

That's what I think as well, they almost don't want him to be succesful. I didn't buy it earlier in the season but the more (actually less I see of him) I am starting to believe it. The guy can make some plays. He's not the savior of the team but the guy can help us win games if used properly and the staff is reluctant to allow him to flourish.

Amen, I've been a long time Sanchez supporter and optimist, but after last week I thought we were gonna get blown away, Texans imo, are probably the best (and certainly most complete) team in football. Coaches made some mistakes (Timeouts...) but we put up a helluva fight.

We can't get our conventional offense going why not scrap the Tebow Fuckery and concentrate on making the Conventional offense better. We are taking fucking time preparing this useless Tebow package for 30 yards a game and countless drive killing possessions. Rex and Sporano needs to go. EARTH TO REX THE TWO QB SYSTEM JUST DOESN'T FUCKING WORK. Every game we have to call a time out because of the bullshit substitutions. GET A FUCKING CLUE ALREADY!!! YOU FUCKING MORONS!!!!!!

There's a big difference here though. The Houston OL was creating huge holes for Foster all game long. Our OL couldn't get a hole open to save its life.

Good call my ass. If you're going to do it, then you have to do it right. If you're going to ruin Mark's momentum, then at least go all in with Tebow. It was a terrible call to begin with, Tebow should have never been in there. Your QB just got you down into the redzone, that was no time to take him out.

He didn't kill any drives, the two interceptions were drive killers and another drive kept going by a fake punt just to turn around a 3 and out by Sanchez. Sanchez should remain the starter, but you need to watch the games instea of making outlandish comments.

I can't believe anyone blaming the coaching staff (other than Sparano, who was awful.) Rex had his guys playing hard, made some gutsy calls and overall did a good job with a depleted, aging defense against an elite offensive unit.

Rex Ryan is not the problem. Firing him would be such a colossal mistake. Talent is the problem. Even when we made 2 AFC Championship games, we had less talent than teams we beat (Bengals excluded.)

Ever since the second half of last season, Rex has lost control of this team and has yet to get it back. Thanks to bad coaching, Jets threw away points and time outs tonight like they were going out of style. This team is not prepared to play...period.

Please get off Tebow's jock Mr. 2012, you need to watch games and lay off the hero worship how many times Tebow comes in and leave these the field with negative yardage 90% of the time. Please

He killed the drive at the beginning of the 4th. Sanchez goes 24 yards to Cumberland, then goes 36 yards to Kerley to get us into their redzone. Then for some dumb reason the coaching staff decided to put in Tebow for the next two plays. Who does that? That's a drive killer if I ever seen one. Your starting QB just made two consecutive great plays and is now on the cusp of scoring a TD, you don't take him out. MAYBE if it was a goal line sneak or something, but we still had 16 yards to get into the endzone. Just wasn't a smart decision.

Mr 2003, I stated he helped the team gaining yards. Which 90% of the time did he lose yardage this game? Waiting.

I believe he took it down to the 4 yard line the next play. I never said he should start for Sanchez or anything of that sort, but he didn't kill the drive.

He killed Sanchez's momentum. Anything short of a TD would have made it a bad decision. I repeat, Sanchez goes for 24 yards and then 36 yards, you don't take him out for 2 straight plays, and if you're going to do it, then at least go all in with Tebow. It made virtually no sense to put Sanchez back in after the 2 Tebow plays. It was a bad decision to put Tebow in, and a even worse decision to take Tebow out. I just don't know what they are doing out there.

We were waiting all game long for those big plays and when we finally got them, we immediately take Sanchez out. Tebow runs for 13 yards and then a play later we take him out. First you kill Sanchez's momentum, then you kill Tebow's momentum. Just a complete mess.

I can agree with that, I wouldn't have taken Sanchez out.

The onside kick was a game changer. I don't think Rex has the coaching Chops we all wish he did . If the defense doesn't dictate the game we tend to struggle to win. Sanchez played poorly again and making play here and there doesn't cut it in the NFL.
I think Alex smith is perfect example of where we would expect to see Sanchez at by this point but with our luck he goes somewhere else and matures into a good Quarter back ; eventually coming back to haunt us at a later date . Typical Jets shit!
