How does someone take so much time to go all the way back when football was not even the NFL yet.And post something that's right in front of your face totally wrong.
Question 1: I didn't spend hours researching it, I stumbled on to it by accident. Question 2: I misread the stat. So I'll change my point to: at least the Jets never LOST to the Staten Island Stapletons. Not quite as powerful as being swept, but it works.
it was a lame and disrectful cover by the Post. Truly not something the Post should be proud of and an apology is in order - just poor taste.
Having been to lots of circuses my own view is the guys on the flying trapeze are highly over rated and a good clown is highly under rated. The Giants have a very good team but their schedule is brutal and they have loads of injuries. They are going to have a very tough time making the playoffs in that Confrence. The Jets may be clowns but the Jets are good upfront on D have what may be an excellent secondary and I suspect a decent passing game this year. In the AFC the Jets have an excellent shot to make the playoffs and if the team gells toward the end of the year make a serious run. There's nothing wrong with a great clown being the lead act.
I thought you were supposed to be fire-blowing Woody's Johnson? James Earl Jones invented insecticide. And then Mark Hamill invented organic vegetables.
i like the post, but i just thought this cover wasn't accurate and was disrespectful to the NYJ and the fans. Hopefully the Jets will hang 30 on the bills and we can cluster bomb the post's message board. Lets get er done on the field !!! Jets ALl Day !!!!!
Now THAT is badass clown. That's either Laron Landry or Ellis, ready to destroy opponents! Or maybe it's the devious Maybin finding a way to sneak in to the QB.
The NY Post should get a special letter of congratulations to this successful upcoming season by the Jets.
