As many already know, patriots cut him. I think he can be a great asset on our team. Discussion and updates in this thread!! I hope this happens!

branch has been useless since going to Seattle. Hell brady hardly used him in NE, why would he be of any use here?

I think it would definitely improve our WR core. Not too happy with the way it is right now

    Funny sh$&

Last week u all wanted the cast off Gaffney now u want the washed up
Branch, don't ya think if he had anything in the tank Vince lom I mean Bill Belichick would have traded him? With that being said he's still better than almost all of the jets receivers
I think it's time to start rebuilding with some younger talent

The reason the Patriots gave him up is because they have built a TE dominant team. Elite? No he's not. But he will damn sure bring some talent into our core. We are hurting at WR right now. Bringing someone in like Branch, I think, could put some talent on the field and divert defenses from constantly just looking for the Holmes slant LOL

He's useless when he doesn't have Tom Brady throwing him the ball and they just cut him. Plus all the trash he's talked about us when he was butt hurt after we beat them in the div round.

Branch? Wtf is wrong with people here? Only reasOn he had beenstarting in the NFL recently was because of Brady. His career was over as a starter. Plus I hate that shithead!

Branch has nothing left. It was like he died in the middle of the last season. If NE had a real WR at the end of last year Brady would have 4 rings now.

So the only reason I'd find it worrying about him going to the Jets would be he knows the NE offense. And even then not so much. I mean if Rex doesn't know it well by now he should be fired.

So yeah, go ahead and sign him.

^thank you. We've really got some terrible "sign this beast" threads going on. It's like we have to have a sign this beast thread in every washed up has-been.

I don't think Branch can come in and solve all our wide receiver or playmaker problems.
Believe it or not the Jets have a young group of receivers with Kerley and Hill.. If these two receivers can become the playmakers the Jets are obviously thinking they can be then this team should be in good shape. Yes we need Kerley and Hill to become big time NFL receivers for the Jets move to the next level and we need it to happen quickly - like this season.

Is he really that bad? I think we could at least bring him in for a look. Our WR is HORRENDOUS!

Edit: Whoops, just looked at his stats. He is that bad. Never mind.

PPS. And I'm not even a stat guy.
