Tebow is a joke. I think they should have given his second half reps to McElroy because he is the only hope as a backup if Sanchez sucks or gets hurt. They need to see if the kid can play. If not, they need to sign a backup with some experience.
What is the beef with Plaxico anyway? I thought he did a solid job last year considering he just got out of jail. I have hope for Hill but he looks mighty green.
The beef with Plaxico is that he's old and slow as a three-toed sloth. He's not even a good possession receiver at this point because he can't run the slants reliably due to lack of quickness and speed. In the red zone he still has value because his hands, height and body control makes him hard to manage. There are no safeties crashing down on the guy from behind at the end line.
On a slightly unrelated note, I have not been able to follow this preseason very closely. What is the deal with Demario Davis? Has he played at all? I have only been able to glance at a couple plays this preseason but I haven't seen him mentioned.
