Its sad how theres only one run from a RB currently on the roster here... LOL at the thought of this backfield being even OK for a ground and pound team.
If the Jets get their O-Line back to the way it was in 09' and 10' the Sanchez can play like how he did in 10' and we all know it. Look at what Peyton had while he was in Indy and look what Brady has now, they both have and had amazing O-Line play. The Jets have to fix the O-Line. Oh yeah, great videos too.
What was missing from the 2011/12 season was exactly what Braylon Edwards bought to the club. He and Mark were able to play deep ball. They should bring Braylon back cap friendly and incentive laden contract.
Agreed. Braylon may not be the same as he was during his 1st run with the Jets, but he and Sanchez had a great connection together during that run. Plus, we had a good team overall in 2009 and 2010.
Stuff like the Sanchez throw to Holmes against the Skins and the 3rd and 11 throw and great catch by Plax makes me hopeful and fearful at the same time.. Hopeful that Sanchez can be all that he can be here. Fearful that the Jets will waste him away.
It's easy to forget when reading this forum sometimes. You'd think we went 1-15 or something if you didn't know better.
We always had good moments, hopefully we can learn from last season and get to the superbowl! Our 8-8 season wasn't even a complete disaster...
Thanks for sharing Green! Just for comparison look at this highlight reel from 10/11 and tell me Braylon didn't COMPLETELY change the offense.
Throwing with anticipation to the open guy isn't that easy. Remember that if Mark gets benched for Jesusbow.
Sanchez's video is from the 2010/2011 season, not the last one still, i can never get tired of watching that beautiful throw to braylon in the last seconds of the houston comeback
