Here is the Top 50 Free Agent list for 2012.

    http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/story/...op-pick-williams-is-top-player-on-open-market

If we can get 2 or 3 of these guys it would really help our team going into this draft. Usually Tanny likes to fill most of the holes in free agency to pick the BPA in the draft. However I don't think that can be the case this year due to our cap space and the amount of holes.

I think we should make the O-line top priority with a veteran Safety number two. The problem is that there are not too many Tackles in FA this year. Its a good year for pass rushers in the draft and pretty good for wide outs as well. However I wouldn't cry about seeing Mario Williams/Avril or Coltson/Garcon in green and white.

    1. Cark Nicks
    2. Michael Griffin
    or
    1.Goldson/Branch
    2.Gaither/ Bell

Both of these situations rely on how much the players are asking. I am thinking Nicks might be able to move to RT if not maybe switch with Slauson. Michael Griffin lacks a little luster compared to the other safeties so should come a little cheaper. I really liked Landry coming out of college but I am little concerned about his health which has been an issue for us.

If our O-Line and one our Saftey positions are filled then we can target an OLB, WR, S, RB, TE

I think we should try to resign Pouha and try to give Mcknight move of a role in the new offense that can hopefully makes some holes next year. Still if we can find a talent late in the draft we should grab him.

Also if Braylon is out there and cheap I think he would be a big help. I never wanted to get rid of him. I thought he had a great chemistry with Mark and added a lot in the locker room as well.

The question is who would you guys want and why?

After giving Shithead 2.5million guarenteed we are NOT signing a vet Olineman unless we give Moore the boot, which I strongly doubt a cap strapped team will do.

it will be a deep, deep FA class. The Jet's, I believe will be looking to make a splash. I would sign Laurent Robinson from the Cowboys he's 6'2'', 200lbs. He has plenty of spped and would compliment Holmes. I would also sign Anthony Spensor. Finally, Iwould sign Tom Zbkowski. I would release Pace, Scott. I would bring back Pool but not Leonard. Pouha needs to come back. Doing this lets you be have flexibility in the draft.

We sure would have a lot of flexibility going into the draft with no starting OLB's on the team. :drunk:

    Here's what we do:

    1- Sign everyone.
    2- Draft everyone.
    3- Cut everyone.

    that should do it....

49ers are going to franchise tag Goldson or sign him to a long term deal, he isnt coming here.

Dashon for sure. Ball hawk decent hitting safety.

We can develop an O-Linemen. I'm not too open to signing Nicks to big money.

  15. I'd do whatever it takes to get Mario Williams & ask questions later. If healthy, in Rex's scheme he would set nfl records. Yes it's short-sighted but it'd put an end to the curse of John Abraham. This team DESPERATELY needs an explosive pass rusher.

Lol as soon as I read that I was hoping someone addressed it already. Everyone thinks they're a GM.

I'd take a dominant pass rusher and a serviceable center..

Mario Williams would make painful cap decisions necessary. Sanzhez would most likely be gone for starters.

Bringing John Abraham back would fill the same hole for less money (not a long term solution but would hold us over for a couple years),
