They are saying they spoke to Mangini earlier. He admitted certain guys looked good but was not fast to give anyone alot of praise. They also said right now they are on the sidelines, Chad is out there with the other Qbs warming up and looks fine. I will continue to listen and see if he goes in the 11 on 11 drills.

Mangini said (I don't really get this), they running up middle may not have been due to weakness in the middle of the field, but perhaps bad things happening on the outside that forced play towards the middle....he also said they will be using multiple fronts and might put Kimo on the inside sometimes and D-Rob on the end. So maybe they think Kimo is better than D-Rob at taking up blockers.

Pennigton according to the rotation isn't supposed to get many 11 on 11 snaps today.... I'll go to camp tomorrow and see for myself.

Sweet, Kimo on the nose and Robertson on the end is what Ive been hoping for. Regardless of size, Kimo has played the position effectively in the past, while Robertson has not, and while Kimo doesnt have the prototypical size, Robertson isnt really a fit for the position either, so who cares.

OK good news and bad news.

Good news: What they reported about Chad is the latest report on him, and it was that he was out there with the other QBs at the beginning of practice, warming up and throwing the ball. Also, while I was in the car I called in and they let me right through onto the air. I said "another" radio station apparently reported that Chad was not necessarily OK, they said all they know is what the correspondent has just told them 10 mins ago (10 mins before I called). They let me stay on the air for a while so we got to talking about Clemens and how he looked remarkable comfortable and confident for a guy thats only been in the league a few weeks. They also said that if kellen continues to look as good as he has, there may be no need for Ramsey on our offense. They believe Brooks is good enough to fill the role of backup or third string, and they can't understand why Ramsey was even selected in the 1st round. To that I said OK, but the Jets haven't had a real strong armed QB that can bomb the ball deep since Vinny was playing well. They said true, but they aren't even sure ig B-Schott has any deep plays in his playbook. And that is yet to be seen so....

Bad News: Because Mangini changed today's practice schedule, Sirius programming schedule was all screwed up and they weren't able to actually set up their field unit there and broadcast from the sidelines. Instead they have a correspondent there and will be doing updates, but what sucks is that the last update was from warm-ups. They are hoping to get there right on the sidelines later this week. Now for the worst news...stupid me forgot my AC adapter for the Sirius radio and because Sirius Canada has not yet provided the ability to listen online, I am screwed for the rest of the day. Meaning I cannot listen to it now unless I sit in my car and as much as I want to hook you guys up, it's just too hot and gas is too expensive.

If anyone wants to call them and talk Jets, call 1877 NFL KICK

they won't cut you off so you should actually be able to stay on the line and talk Jets....if you want. Because they meant to be at Jets Camp today and its sort of the focus of the program, they shoud put you right through. There are way to many Chiefs fans calling...

Here's the Sirius training camp visit schedule if anyone's interested....
