Well that's good. You're not the same without the Great Corn-holio.

A lot of Yankee fan views of a Mets-Red Sox world series saying they should root for the Mets against their hated rival.

I could not agree more ..... LETS GO GIANTS!!!!

there is no rivalry with the pats, the pats are so far and away a better franchise that the rivalry only exists in our heads, we have never really competed with them except one playoff win in a decade. And guess what as long as brady lives and is healthy we will never surpass or beat the pats in a meaningful game again. the crosstown rivalry with the giants does exist, i deal with them daily, and one is more obnoxious and bloviates worse than the next. can't stand them, i'll be pulling for brady to drop 400 on the gints.

the red sox yankees rivalry didn't even exist for the better part of 50 years, a little in the 70s then not again until the very late 90s and early 2000's, it was really manufactured by the media. now when the mets were the team in the 80s i can recall my hatred of that team and fanbase quite well, they were insufferable, like giants fans are now.

If the Mets won 27 WS and the Yankees only 2, do you think that Yankees fans would feel the same?

It's all relative and I hate the comparison.

Im rooting for the Giants. I like to see New York own the world of sports. Maybe seeing the Giants win the superbowl again will light a fire under our teams ass to see all that they were so close to and missed out on. Nothing would be worse then the Pats winning the Superbowl especially after the stupid shit the Ravens did to lose that game.

Has to be the Giants. Yeah, their fans are pompous scumbags, but I can handle that better than everyone kissing Brady's overrated ass again.

The only good part of this Super Bowl is that at least one asshole team will lose.

Matchup doesn't change much... I root for the Jets and anyone that plays the Patriots.

Giants can go screw themselves with Tom Brady's Dildo.

I'm rooting for the Giants to lose but for Brady to get Knocked unconscious when he does his trademark dick-move to run up the score.

    A Win-Win situation for me.

Something that just occured to me, adding to my Jet fan misery - since Richard Todd was our QB, every other team in our division has had a hall of fame QB except us - Miami had Marino, Buffalo had Kelly, Pats have Brady, and you can even throw in the Colts and Manning, from when they were in the east. Why the hell can't we get a big time QB?

The Jets seem incapable of ever getting a QB or franchise LB'er. They seem to fall in the Giants laps though.

^Well, I just remembered Favre played for us, so if you want to count him as our HOF QB, but he was just one season and at the end of his career.

Really? Cuz it seems to me David Harris is by far the best LB in NY right now.

I'll tell you what though, when the Jets do win the superbowl, it will feel better than all the Patriots titles(for their fans) combined.

It will be the most glorious parade ever. And hopefully the speech will come from Rex.

And hopefully you'll back off on your constant barrage on those who support Sanchez.

That counts as much as Ronnie Lott and Jason Taylor, now had we had Favre fall into our lap like instead of Browning Nagle (uggghhhh just saw one of his bowl game records was broken by Keenum) maybe that would have been us getting rocked by the Cowboys/Redskins in the 90's.
