With the hiring of Sparano and the possibility of Haley, do the Jets still replace Callahan and Ellard?

These are both positions we struggled with this season, and demand direct attention. I am hoping the Jets aren't planning on Sparano also spearheading the OL development on top of the whole offense. Same can be said of Haley, will heh take the WR's and Sanchez exclusively?

Callahan is gone going to Dallas, and Ellard is leaving too, that's a done deal.

Yes, that is why I asked if they will be replaced or if their jobs are absorbed by Sparano and Haley.

    Beat me to that :)

I think they will replace Ellard, as it's pretty much industry standard to have a WR Coach. Not sure what they do with O-Line, as Sparano has done that job in the past, but I'm not sure they want him doing both. I am also interested to see what happens to Cavanaugh... that's huge, in terms of getting Sanchez fixed.

Haley would replace Ellard's WR coaching role and Callahan's Assistant Head Coaching role. Sparano will work more with OL/RB I'd imagine. Given Cavanaugh is also rumored to be gone, we'd need:

    QB coach
    OL coach

Not sure what Anthony Lynn (RB coach) is going to do.

We'll probably move from zone-blocking to man-blocking, so getting a completely different name would make sense.

Sparano would likely handle the OL Coaching duties - I would imagine.
