I don't know why we can't just give the guys we have a chance.

Maybe cause many fans think the players we have are less then quality NFL players?

Suggs aint too bad,i'd like to see what Houston and co could do but i believe we would be getting a solid player in suggs.

I agree with you! IMO Washington and Blaylock will do just fine as will ASKEW and HOUSTON! TERRY BROWN is no slouch nor is STACY TUGGS! The grass is always greener!

If we're not trading for a startng quality back then what's the point? None of the guys who have been mentioned over the past few days are much better than what we already have. Thomas Jones is the best back who has been mentioned and even then, I'd rather just stick with what we have.

if suggs is healthy and stays healthy,he would be by far the most talented back on the jets.

Suggs is a beast and has a nose for the endzone, hes better than Blaylock and Houston combined

I liked Suggs a lot coming out of college. He has had some good games in the NFL, but he just can't stay healthy. He's a better player than Blaylock, Houston, and Washington.

 That's exactly why we can't just hand the jobs to the players we already have.
