I have so many, but the list has to start with my 2nd favorite player of all time, Vinny Testaverde (Barry Sanders is first); Johnny Hector, Freeman McNeil, Joe Klecko, Eric McMillan, Wayne Chrebet, C-Mart, Leon Washington, Al Toon, Scott Mersereau, Dennis Byrd, Jason Fibini...... Just love these guys and the way they played (with the exception of Leon Washington).
Al Toon Offense-just wish he didn't try to go across the middle so much, might have saved a headache or two! Mark Gastineau Defense----the guy walked like an Egyptian, what's not to like about that!
gotta go gastineau..... i have known him for years and he WAS and may still be one of themost misunderstood people around. jil
it's Mark Smolinski, my favorites were Jim Hudson and Lou Piccone...followed by Kyle Clifton and Lance Mehl...
This is the second time we've had this thread this offseason, and for the second time I am very surprised that I am the first one to put down Vinny Testaverde. The man that rejuvanated the franchise. I think that in about 5 years when his last days are forgotten people will remember him more fondly.
1. Curtis Martin 2. Wayne Chrebet 3. Mark Gastineau (I know, but he was great in spite of all of that other stuff) 4. Wesley Walker
Let them go to the history books & do some research. It may make them just a tad smarter then they think they are
I grew up loving K OB so he has to be at least 2nd on my list. He was the first player I ever really recognized, so that goes w/o saying. But my all time fav. would hafta be Aaron Glenn. A quiet, steady pro bowler his entire career. Was never a trash talker or ball buster. just did his job, and damn well.
