Those were both such great moments. I really do miss the guy...Maybe if he gets cut we can sign him 1 game to retired a jet like Lavourneas Coles
the booing he will receive when he runs out of the tunnel will be pretty much our only contact with him since he is pretty much doing the same Invisible Man routine for the Cheats that he did for the Jets for 10 seasons. Impact for 2 games a season, Invisible for 14
Like most of the Pats high profile signings this past off-season Ellis has done little to improve the play of that team. Also like AH I look for Shawn to be let go by the end of the season right along with Ocho as well. Not sure what BB was thinking when he did these signings, yet at this point, all of them look to be large failures. Yet, when all is said and done Ellis went for the money, and who could blame him, we all would have done the same thing. But, you have to love that it's the Pats mnoney and not the Jets....LOL
Eh, I don't really have any ill-will for him. He basically hit the lottery going to the Pats for that kind of money. I said it as soon as he signed, thanks for the years but there's no way in hell he's gonna get that money anywhere else. For a handful of tackles, NE can have him. Watch out though, he reached way back to find something for the playoff game last year and looked like the Ellis of old for a game
ill sarcastically cheer him off the field if the jets win "GREAT JOB OUT THERE SHAUN! WELL WORTH THE 4 MILLION, CONGRATULATIONS!"
I'm just going to hope that Belichik didn't get into his head this week in a big way. Shaun Ellis was a scary player when he was motivated.
I don't resent him for leaving, if he's introduced I'll clap for him and then move on to the game where I will root like crazy to defeat his current team.
Fuck Ellis. He had every right to sign with the team that offered him the most money, and I have every right to boo his ass for it.
Has he done anything productive up in NE? I remember being (kinda) worried when OchoCinco, Haynesworth, and Ellis signed with NE, and then Cotchery to the Steelers. Now, not so much worried, at all.
Wait a minute, are you coming to the game or are you just saying you'll be booing at your television?
I think we should give him a warm reception considering he's getting paid $4 million to suck for New England
