    Welcome.

    I think he's here for over 6 years. That's the length of his current contract. I think he gets one more extension that extends him to the length of this decade.

    13 years.

    Thats as long as Bill Cowher took to win a SB for Pitt. So Rex should get that at least.

    he should, but he wont. ny fans wont wait that long, and the media will pressure him out if it takes that long.

    If he continues playoff runs, and never suffers a season with less than 5 wins, he'll be retained.

    Although its only been 2 full seasons, I can't imagine any other coach leading our team out of the tunnel onto the field... Heres to another 10 years, Mr. Ryan.
