I think Miami is set up perfectly to win the Andrew Luck sweepstakes, and it would be just our luck. No pun intended.
How about no. The Panthers were able to win 8 games with Matt Moore at the helm in 2009. I could see the Dolphins winning a couple. My bet is that Landry Jones is their guy.
Indy's got that shit on lock. They're almost guaranteed an 0-8 start with that sched, and 3-13 seems to be their ceiling.
i'm scared Indy will beat somebody a couple of times. they've gotten better as the weeks have gone on. i think curtis painter will get to the point where he won't completely suck at the end of the season. seattle already has 2 wins, and they almost beat the falcons. they won't have the worst record in the league. i'll almost guarantee it. I think miami will win a few games like maybe against KC and denver. but imho, 2-3 wins will lead to luck the rams are also winless and injury plagued, but they'd probably trade the pick.
It's more likely now than a couple of years ago, but it's still unlikely that the Rams would be able to trade their pick if they're picking in the top 3-5. They need offensive line help and they need a play-making receiver. Matt Kalil or Justin Blackmon will probably be their pick.
Playing in the NFC West, Seattle's bound to win at least 3 more games this season in spite of themselves. I think that it's gonna be either Indy or St. Louis. The Dolphins have a little too much talent to win less than 4 games, I think that they'll get their running game on track if Daniel Thomas gets healthy and end up around 5-11.
The problem with Indy is that I still think there's a decent chance they don't take him. I mean, they just gave Peyton that huge deal and still can reasonably expect 3-4 more good years out of him. It seems like it would make more sense for them to use the pick to fill a need and make a playoff run with Peyton back. I think the Dolphins are the clear front-runner right now.
I'd like too see Seattle get him then after that the Colts because even if he does great there he won't be playing for awhile and they have a HORRIBLE defense.
If the Colts, Rams, or whoever else gets the first pick doesn't want/need a QB, it will become a very exciting draft. Somebody will pull a Ditka & trade the world to move up & get him, only this time it would be worth it. He's coming out graded as high as Peyton Manning & Elway. Even if you have a good QB, you have to consider blowing things up for this guy.
This is looking more and more likely. Miami isn't going to fire Sparano and are not going to win more than 1 game.
Sporano should have been fired on the spot and they lost the fucking game because of it. I'm convinced that this guy is without a doubt the worst coach in the NFL.
