    What a horrid idea.

    Reward contracts are the worst kind. Barber is on the wrong side of 30, and that's when level of play typically diminishes. Guaranteeing six million dollars(at least) to anyone after 30 is moronic.

    I think the 6 are garunteed over 2 years. Meaning 3 now, 3 next.

    He will definately be around for 2 more years, and CAN play for 2 more. No problem.

    I never understood bringing up some ones age and saying they will deminish if they haven't shown it. Martin has shown his age on the field, Favre too. But Barber has played and is playing still at a very high level.
