If you search his name with the search tool at the top of the thread list you will find mention of him in the reports people have written from practices. Apparently he has looked solid, I haven't read anything negative so far.

I've been to 3 practices and he his amazingly quick, I've talked to other people at camp and we've agreed he reminds us of a young Bruce Harper...

Yup look for Training Camp evaluations from folks like Mistermoss and Thunderbirdjet.

Washington has looked solid so far from what they wrote. Definately has the ability to start as a 3rd down back or change of pace guy initially.

As I have stated on numerous occasions, he'll be even better when the pads come on! The 3 biggest things about him that you all will notice immediately are:

    1. His incredible power (not just for his size, but period)
    2. His uncanny balance
    3. His decisive moves (he does not dance; it's just one move, without losing speed, then it's 0-60 in less than 3 seconds!

My contention is, that if Dominic Davis can be effective, Leon will be even better. In my opinion, he'll rival the things that Brian Westbrook has done.

Finally, his toughness will remind you of the throwback era.

Um.... if you read ANY of the TC reports, you would know that the pads were on from day 1. I've seen him at TC twice, but I think if you want info, you really ought to look around a bit first.

Apparently he is looking good so far, along with the rest of our RB's in TC right now. Our RB situation is not nearly as bad as some suggest.

I meant "IN PADS", game time work (pre-season and regular season), not just looking pretty against your defensive teammates that know what plays that you're going to run!

If you have been to three practices where are your nice long recaps of wat you've seen and who looks good etc....it never hurts to get as many first hand opinions from the people that can actually be there....

Again, you are jumping to conclussions, telling someone that has been to camp what they are looking at when you have no freakin clue what this camp is like. The 11 on 11's are true game simulations, complete with audibles called at the line. The hitting has been fierce when they are in full pads. this is NOT your Hermie the Wermie TC, fella.

I've been to several camps, both Jets and otherwise and I still say that it's a different situation when you're scrimmaging against someone else! To say I have no clue is ridiculous. How many permutations of camps are you going to have between different teams without having an idea of what teams are doing?

I've seen Parcell's camps, Herm's camps, Del Rio's camp....... Just say, I've seen a lot of camps. Not that all camps are the same, but I can identify the insensity in intra-squad scrimmages as opposed to "real" opposition. That's all I'm saying.
