I find it insulting when someone says "one of the best cover corners in the entire league" when referring to Revis.
JennyVrentas Jenny Vrentas Mulligan will start for Dustin Keller; Cumberland for Conner. If Conner can't go for opener, using TE (like NYG did) is option. #nyj This is certainly interesting, I'd prefer Mulligan for Conner and Cumberland for Keller. The way they have it makes no sense to me.
So does one or two of our backup Oline solidify a spot tonight ... or does the Jets go shopping on Sunday after cuts?
I think she got them mixed up... Mulligan is clearly the better blocker and Cumberland the better reciever. That said tonight I'll be rooting for #45 Baker to make a case for a spot on this team. Tough SOB.
Felix might make the 53 man roster... many beat writers are predicting Kroul will too but I think we might bring in a vet... or at least someone that plays both T and G.
I really like Kroul's fire ... just don't think he has worked enough at Oline to stick this year at that spot. Maybe after a year of work.
glad to see Wilkerson is getting more PT. he needs all he can get. one thing I noticed is his awareness is awesome. hes always got his eye on the ball even when engaged. only downside to this is he seems less agressive with his hand placement and fighting inside sometimes because hes tentative to where the ball is at all times. cant really say any of this is a negative. really think this kid is gonna do some good things this yr and in the future.
