WR Lee Evans has been traded to Baltimore, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. No word yet on what the Bills will receive in return for the veteran wideout. Bills RapidReports

Schefter's saying Baltimore traded a fourth rounder to Buffalo.

Torrey Smith looked lost last night, so this move was necessary.

The Bills are a mess. I live in Rochester and Sports Talk around here talks about how the strengths of the Bills are there WR's and DB's. The fact of the matter is, with or without Evans, they have the worst WR's in the AFC East...possibly the NFL.

Maybe Evans will actually be worth a shit now. He gets a decent amount of credit for being a good wr when he done pretty much nothing to prove it.

I think that's a great pickup for the Ravens. Evans is a solid WR -- he's just played with some awful qb's over the years. Looks like the bills top 3 WR's are now Stevie Johnson, Brad Smith and Roscoe Parish. Yikes...

Evans has lost a step but it still sucks that now we get rid of him from Buffalo but still have to face him again this year on Baltimore.

    Interesting.

Teams love to acquire players they can't control. Last year, WR Lee Evans caught three TDs against Baltimore.

He's a speedster and actually one of the few recievers who's done pretty well against Revis over the years. Back when they Had Lossman -- he was able to sling the ball to him. The Trent "check down" Edwards years really hurt him.

Brad smith could be the #1 qb and #2 wr on the bills. Funny shit.

Lee evans is a beast. Buffalo is a mess and he's never had a solid qb behind a solid line. 4th rd for evans is a steal imo

They needed someone to stretch the field across from boldin. Mission accomplished

Damn the afc is a rough playoff run no matter who ur team is

Fitzpatrick isn't a bad QB. He's done well, considering the team that sorrounds him. That being said -- The bills are one injury away from Brad Smith starting at QB.

Fitz is still a bottom 6 QB in the NFL anyway you look at it.

The way that the Bills are managed, they won't win now or later. Raplh has owned the team for 52 years and has been unsuccessful for an overwhelming majority of them. His mismanagement lost 2 of the games best GM's in Polian and Butler.

I can name 10 teams he would start on. He's done pretty well since taking over for Edwards. They have one of the worst offensive lines in the league and he spends most of his time running for his life. But he still puts up decent numbers and is able to move the ball. The Bills don't win because they have a terrible defense.

I totally agree with you. Until Ralph sells the team or dies -- they go nowhere. It's near impossible to get FA's to come to Buffalo. Even if Ralph offered them top dollar -- they wouldn't go there because of the losing stench that sorrounds the franchise.

PS -- I'm from Rochester (Greece to be exact). I work at Channel 13 -- so I know a bunch of the Bills beat writers. What part you from?

Please name 10 teams. The Bills offense was ranked lower than the Bills defense last year so I'm not so sure about your assessment.

Born and raised in Greece and now I live in West Irondequoit. I'm the guy with a Jets flag flying outside my house most of the year.

Very cool -- I have one flying as well.

I gotta ask you -- do you know of ANY Jets bars in the area? The closest one I found is in Watkins Glenn. I heard of one in Hilton -- but I have never been.
