Not sure...maybe they did in the 80's, but I was too young to remember then. I know they haven't accomplished the feat in over 20 years though. Regardless, this is pretty much unchartered territory for the franchise...is there anyone here who still has a scoach of SOJ PTSD, or is it just universally accepted that the Jets will make the playoffs again and eventually win the SB?
Pretty sure last year was also the first time the Jets were ranked in the top 5 overall defense in back to back seasons.
Just think of how huge this streak is going to get once queerboy ends his career in the relatively near future. Not only will we be making the playoffs every year, but winning the division as well.
