2nd round pick maybe worth it. 1st round is too high.

The Patriots could actually afford him I believe, and since they have 2 of every pick in every round, they could afford to give away a 1st for a starter, especially if they are indeed switching to a 4-3

Has there been any rumors about the Jets trying to trade for him? I haven't seen anything.

He doesn't fit our system I don't know why anyone would want to trade a 2nd for him.

Forget the fucking system. Osi's about to go apeshit now that the Giants are cutting off trade talks.

This really pisses me off. I don't even care about whether or not he was going to be sent here (which he wasn't) but what the Giants just did is the equivalent of having the opportunity to de-active a ticking time bomb and instead deciding to piss on it. I've actually met Jerry Reese and the guy couldn't even name half his draft picks. The guy is god awful at addressing his team's needs during the off-season and I'm pretty sure the scouting department has more to do with the Giants drafts than him. I'm sure he doesn't do any of the Giants contracts, either. In my opinion, Jerry Reese is the most overrated GM in the Nation Football League. I could do his job and I say that with complete sincerity.

I think they let him seek a trade for a 1st when he wasn't able to find a team willing they brought him back in and said see your not worth as much as you think.

Why are the Giants even bothering with this crap? Just cut the guy and move on, or trade him for whatever you can get. Doesn't make any sense.

IMO, If Osi is really THAT unhappy, the Giants are crazy to keep a malcontent on their roster. Either pay the man what you promised him you would or move him. They should take the very best offer they can get for him and move on. It will only be a never-ending distraction and will only serve to compromise locker room morale.
