I completely agree. Which is why I think you see T-Rex draft RB year after year. Learn the system for a year, then take over when the previous guy has run his body into the ground. It's a great philosophy IMO.
I dont remember what was Jets problem with the rungame last season. I think Greene didnt get enough carries? perhaps they foolishly went with LT to run up the middle? There was a big problem that I kept complaining about.
270 carries @ 4.2 per carry = 1,134 yards with 8 TD's. I expect us to be ahead, and running out the clock in the 4th quarter most games.
I think he will run for like 1,250 yards and 12 touchdowns, and I love the way he runs, because you know whenever he runs, someone is gonna getting rocked, he just dishes out pain constantly and wears down the linebackers, setting up sanchez for a weaker defense
