Real winner here is Kolb... He has done all of nothing in his career, and he nets a huge $63 million($20 guaranteed) 5 year deal.

    This.

Kolb's done absolutely nothing. He's one of the most overrated players in the league. Almost more overrated that Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.

    A 2012 second rounder.

DRC sucks. A lot of TGG posters complain about Antonio Cromartie being soft - DRC is five times softer. He also gives up a ton of big plays.

I agree. I knew he was part of the deal, but wasn't sure about the draft pick compensation.

Don't really get this for the Cardinals. I mean, I get why they did it, but Kolb is still unproven and I think a 2nd seems fair for him. Not sure why they had to give up DRC too. They gave up more than the Chiefs did for Cassell, but about the same in terms of value than the Texans did for Schaub, both of whom were in a similar situation to Kolb when traded. Also, I like Kolb and think he'll be good, but that's a lot of money to invest in someone with so few starts.

DRC and Asante Samuel will look great next to eachother jumping routes and getting beat on double moves.

Kolb's deal is crazy. The Cards are insane to pay him so much.
