About? Ummm ok, chill out. Have you ever been to a superbowl that hasn't sold gear for both fan bases? What about a world cup match? World series? NBA Finals?
1. Your original statement contemplated "visiting fans" purchasing merchandise in "the home team's stadium." In the Super Bowl, with rare exception, both teams are "visiting" so that kills that. 2. I'm not a world cup person, but I'm fairly certain that, like the Super Bowl, with some rare exception, both teams will also be visiting, thus there is no "home team." So this means your point is wrong. 3. This leaves you with World Series and NBA finals. However, again, your original statement is "throughout all sports" yet you now want to wittle that statement down to 4-14 games. In sum, you lose. As a dolphins fan, you should be used to this. Thanks for playing though.
Thanks, looks like my initial statement was correct. You belittling another team for not winning reminds me of 3rd place calling 4th place a loser. You're funny.
THIS was the wity retort from that steel trap Dolphins fan mind of yours? Classic. BTW, MY team made the AFC Championship game the last two years. How'd your team do?
So now that I've made a mockery of your original post, your secondary post AND your football knowledge, you've been reduced to this. So sad, yet not unexpected.
See underlined part of quote. Seems to be an admission that the Fish only have one fan. Is it Gloria Estefan?
Huh? Well, let's think. I've been to probably 50-60 soccer stadia in the UK, and at least another 20 across Europe. I've been to a number of cricket stadia across the world (primarily the UK, Australia and the Caribbean). I've been to a few hockey arenas (UK and Canada), I've been to a couple of NFL stadia and baseball grounds. And my statement still stands, because like I said in the first place, "Nowhere else in the world in any other sport have I ever seen a club shop selling rival merchandise". And as has already been pointed out to you, there's no Dolphins rags on sale at the Meadowlands. I would say that I'm astonished that your team has so little self respect, but when it comes to that shambles of an outfit I'm really not that astonished at all.
LMAO ahh yes Miami land of the moderate fans and no diehards Look at the HEAT... they collapse in the NBA finals and the city barely blinks an eye if that happened in NY or LA or chicago the team would have been ripped to pieces lol
Cromartie would understand the line. It means I want my money upfront. Simple but complex to some. You tell em girlfriend! My original statement contemplated "visiting fans" purchasing merchandise in "the home team's stadium." I mentioned the World Series and NBA finals as two events wherein the home teams arena/stadium/park sells the visiting teams merchandise. What's the refute for?
I'm pretty sure that Sun Life Stadium has hosted neither the World Series nor the NBA Finals for a while. Or are the Jets shirts left over from 2003?
