That is irrelevant. The Pats will somehow find a way to trade Mallett to the Raiders for a future 1st and 2nd round pick, and the Jets will never get anything for McElroy. The league is filled with the Jets, Pats, and 30 teams filled with idiots that constantly feel the need to give the Pats 1st and 2nd round picks.
at this point sticking with berman is a joke. he's always fumbling around trying to figure out what to say and with him there are always those awkward silences. it makes for shitty coverage.
Gotta love Cablevision not hooking us up with the NFL Network. Assholes. Next year I may watch it on mute and listen to the radio or something.
McElroy could the steal of the 7th round--has lost a TOTAL of 8 games in his high school AND college careers--sounds like a winner to me--was projected in rounds 3-5.
Can we get the brunette he was hanging out with all day? whether it be his girlfriend, sister or otherwise? God damn she is smokin
Everything the Pats touch turns to gold You are exactly right. The Pats have so many draft picks each year they don't even need them. They pick a corner back in the first round and he's an all pro with 8 interceptions. The corner we pick stinks. Woodhead is nothing special for the Jets. He goes to N.E. and he can't be tackled. I just don't friggin get it.
Yeah, McCourty is so much better than Revis because he got more interceptions. And Woodhead is invincible. /derp
Finally a quarterback I can call for the Jets to put in when Sanchez has his inevitable Bills 2009 or Broncos 2010 game. Clemens is just... LETS GO MCELROY!!
Greg McElory will never see the field as an NFL QB. Believe me. He is a great guy, super smart, good football family and will be in a front office soon. (That is what he wants) -- Jets drafted Greg for his already connected network and for anything he can offer OFF of the field. For those who are even comparing him to Mallet have not followed SEC football. Greg is not an NFL QB - Waste of a pick. My favorite memory of Greg is watching his family dancing in the stands at the 2010 Iron Bowl in the first half only to watch Greg get knocked out on a safety blitz from Auburn's 165 lb safety. Auburn won 28 - 27. Greg is a GOOD clipboard holder.
