FYI: I'm not into these types of games, just giving you my thoughts. I've played a little bit of the game. I like the amazing amount of playable characters. The one thing that you'll immediately notice about the game is the ridiculous amount of visuals. Not only will the characters do numerous things, the background is always moving. I appreciate all the time and effort put into the backgrounds from an observer point of view, but when you're actually playing the game, it can get distracting. Overall though, great bit of fun.
My friend got it yesterday and I played it for a lil while. It's fun but I've never really played the series so I had no idea how to do anything.
If you've ever played a street fighter 'esk game, the move lists are really similar. It takes a lot of experimentation to figure out what move combination will result in a large combo (similar to Tekken)
