As I have told you guys, most Giant fans and life long people that live and die with the team like you all do don't hate the Jets. You have every right to be proud of your team. More importantly at this point, guys will come and go, personell will change, but I know you have the franchise Qb and his early success will only make him better when they supporting cast might not be as good as it is now. I had a birthday party for my son today and it was basically all Giants fans, we all were rooting for the Jets very hard and if you did not know the situation you would have thought it was a Jets party. Congrats guys and lets hope theres a 2011 season and a regular season matchup that all of NY can get hyped up for(ok I will hate you guys that week)...again great season and be proud....you should be.
At least you guys won it within recent memory. The thing about the Jets is we have many times in the past "looked good" and "looked promising" yet we're now 42 seasons and counting without a championship. To use a metaphor, its like we get with a chick and she tells us she wants it and from the time you put that rubber on to the time you attempt entry, you fuck it up somehow and now your left with your dick in your hand wondering how you screwed it up this time.
well its almost as if this is natures course we do this shit all the time i am a wreck right now feel like i have nothing to look foward to pissed off at everybody and i have no answer. but in spite of that im really proud of this jets team and our coach and i believe he will deliever that trophy to us one day. we have alot to be excited for even though my friends took all my shoe laces and belts away from me after this game. gotta a good group of guys that wanna play for rex and new york and if you got that you got a chance. sleep well jets faithfull --- AJAD
Excellent game, excellent season. You all should be proud. Most teams would have come apart at 24-0; you rallied and nearly won. Sanchez in particular was really impressive coming back the way he did. I'm glad the game is 60 minutes and not 65... I think you all have a great deal to look forward to, even if this particular year didn't ultimately end up the way you wanted. Great coaching staff, great defense, good young QB--that's pretty much the formula for a long-term contender. lillloyd
