I don't think we got flagged at all for pass interference against New England. I could be wrong though.
I knew that about the Jets, and yet somehow it feels like it's so much more. I guess the offence makes up for the D? I know that the Squealers have had some pretty crappy calls against them; the flipside is that their fans scream and howl about every single decision that's given against them and isn't given for them.
The officiating crews are a mixed bag in the conference championship and SB based on ratings during the year. So, Walt will be the head referree but the other 6 officals are different than week 1.
Hochuli and Anderson will be working the games with different crews than in the regular season. So the regular season stats don't really matter.
The Steelers have been a flag magnet ever since the Goodell changed to the sissy rules mid-season. Harrison was flagged once for, and I kid you not, "Tackling too hard" when he sacked a QB this year.
However...one hopes that the fact that Walt Anderson even made it out of the regular season does not portend badly.
