Since the Jets are getting called out for "trash talking", why not just call this Patriots franchise out as being the frauds that they've been? Why feel sorry for these cheaters? Why take it easy? Here's what happened: Rex Ryan wants to talk in a non coach-like manner, the media as a collective asshole decides "You are now the villains of the NFL" What hilarious is that anyone who watches the Press Conferences and has independent thought knows he doesn't talk too much and gets what he is doing. That is about 2% of the NFL fan base. The other 98% will not get that, and will make the Jets the Raiders of the 80s. The Jets have to win a SB with Rex to make all of this legit. I think he can do it. When is the question.

I just find it sad how Rex is being called out as being a "trash talker", instead of getting credit for being a great football coach. There is nothing trashy about making it known that he's not here to kiss Bellys rings. That was the truth. We're 2-2 against NE under Rex. There was nothing trashy about making it known that the Jets were built for late December/January football last year. He was right, we were only 1 half away from the SB. Since when was making it known to the media, that you believe in your team & players considered to be "trash talking"? The last time the Jets made it to the AFC Championship game was back in 1998 under Parcells; Rex took us there during his 1st year as head coach. He also did it with a rookie QB. During his two years as head coach, the Jets defense & run game has ranked top 5 both seasons. During just his 2nd year, the Jets won 11 games (3rd most in FRANCHISE HISTORY). Road playoff record of 3-1! Keep talking big guy; Jet fans love ya. It's up to us to support Rex.
The day Rex starts blubbering about how hurt his feelings are, I'll worry about it. Until then, it's not sad. It's just idiocy. Vincent Shenocca filed for divorce under irreconcilable differences < or what ever the NY legal term is > and various other complaints, not including adultry. When Sharon filed in court to move herself and the children, Vincent then added adultry charges.. The audultry charges came during the custody of the minor children part of the divorce, it was not the initial reason for the divorce filing. Vincent later dropped the audultry charges when custody was agreed upon. That's it in a nutshell. So, if one of the Jets, or anyone else wants to do that, I suspect they would be slapped with a slander suit. Please show me that asterick everyone talks about. Like on some official NFL site. What's even more laughable is when people say "oh well if his players stop buying into his nonsense he's gonna lose his job". LOL WUT? When has there EVER been evidence of that happening?? To this point, he's accomplished things no other Jet coach has ever accomplished...all with a QB who's in his second year in the NFL. It's not often a coach faces as much criticism and derision for everything but his coaching ability.

The Jets haven't been relevant since 1968. Quit fooling yourself. The Giants are New Yorks team until the Jets win something. Giants have won 3x as many championships in the SB era and each and every one is more recent. Where is this asterisk you keep referring to? I can say the Patriots did something every team in the NFL was doing at one point or another. The only difference is they got caught. You can't prove any other team didn't do this as much as I can prove they did. It's pretty pathetic that all you have to cling to is "cheaters!" because your team hasn't done anything in 42 years.
