It's true.. Revis's first hamstring injury this year held him back for 4 or 5 weeks. But this time it wasn't a serious injury, he didn't even miss any practice time. Totally overblown.

How has Flowers been doing? I know he was dominating earlier in the year

didn't you guys get raped by the Chargers 31-0 a mere 2 weeks ago?

Oh right....you guys were missing your superstar QB....who apparently has a direct correlation to your defensive play.

Like i said in an earlier post....if we find an effective pass rush, you guys are fucked. We can stop the run, we can defend the pass, our run game is built for January and our young QB has more playoff experience than your QB.

But to be successful, our Defense has to find a way to rush the passer.....bottom line.

He pushed himself too hard and hurt his hammy, it's mostly healed but still not 100%.

The good news is Carr stood up and had a couple great games while Flowers was gone. I have total confidence in both of them.

If Haley is smart, he will bench Flowers week 17 just to be sure. Dude needs to rest his hammy.

I'd love to know where this magical pass rush is supposed to come from. I mean I'm holding onto hope but it seems far fetched at this point.

Good news for us because our pass protection has been very hot and cold this year.

I'm just holding onto hope that Rex has been holding an ace of some sort up his sleeve. Unlikely, but a man can dream.

If there is a team I root for when the Jets aren't playing them or are out of the playoffs it is the Chiefs. I have the utmost respect for the Chiefs and what they've done to turn things around. That being said it is true that we match up extremely well vs. them. It will be a hard fought game. Alot of factors, can Hali beat D'Brick? Is our defense remotely fast enough to stop Charles? Is the KC secondary vulnerable?

Actually, I think Rex is a little overconfident. He keeps talking about the superbowl and that gives me hope. It's good to be overlooked.

Haley still hasn't said the 'P' word. I think he's superstitious or something.

I've heard a lot of crazy things on this site, but are you seriously going to call Rex Ryan overconfident? c'mon man, stop trolling.

Willis, if we're gonna dream, let's dream big. Something outrageous
like this thread being meaningless until 3 weeks from now when the Chiefs are hosting the Jets for the AFC Championship game-lol

I have watched every Jets game this year... they are reeling, and have serious problems on both sides of the ball, plus the coach is a full on retard...

Let's go. Welcome to Arrowhead, Rex. Glad you like feet, here is one in your ass.

You think talking about the superbowl during the regular season isn't being overconfident? I'll just have to disagree with you there.

you are 100% right. none of the players, coaches, front office people, owners, and fans talk about the superbowl during a NFL season.

    ........'

you are nuts if you think he is over looking the chiefs. he may be crazy, but you dont just play in the superbowl. you have to beat teams to get there. so im sure he is overlooking the chiefs.
