Cassel did'nt do a bad job his first time as a starter in NE..If I remember he went 11-5. He just needs a supporting cast and he is getting there with KC..All I'm saying is this game is'nt a lock like I'm hearing from the homers on here. Your shut down corners got torched by some average wideouts in Chicago last weekend. Your team has some leaks too that will be exposed.
You guys better hope that Rex doesn't figure out a pass rush for this defense.....and I'll leave it at that.
With Jenkins out I don't think he will..You have not been able to come up with a consistant pass rush this year which was phenominal last year.
Not Revis, who Bowe will be on. The Bears have some burners and we're still without our backup Defensive QB. Look at the Packers game, Miami game, first NE game (without Revis), and you'll see some examples. Meanwhile your defense hasn't done well at all against a offense that has NFL caliber players. If the Chiefs were in the AFC east, you'd be on par with the Bills. I'm just going off the 13-10 OT victory over them AT HOME, since that is how you base your view.
It's like your posts get more ignorant as you go along. Are you going to devolve into cave wall art at some point? I am a big fan of Warrior Throwing Spear At Elk. Big time.
There's no doubt that it would be a close game. KC's run game is dominant, and Cassel doesn't turn the ball over. Nevertheless, if you boys want to clammor on about how our D has fallen off and how we've beaten nobody, I want you to acknowledge that your team has also beaten nobody and has a defense that is by no means better than the NYJ.
You sure you're responding to the right poster? I never questioned whether the Jets belong in the playoffs. I said nobody really knows how weak your schedule is going to be before the season.
Dwayne Bowe will do nothing, similar to the 2nd Denver game when an elite corner in Bailey locked him down. Revis will do the same. I doubt any of us are too concerned about Thomas Jones.. and the Jets stop the run so hopefully they will limit what Charles can do. I bet the Jets are favored in this game when the Vegas lines come out.
I might have taken your post out of context. If so, my bad. There's too much shit to read in this crazy ass thread.
HAHA- we beat them 38-14 in BUFFALO So going by your logic, at 3 points to that and we win 38-17. Seriously, you've got to stop.
So if the Vegas bookies favor the Jets that cements who should win? I like that one..LOL Talk to San Diego and Philadelphia about that one:rofl2:
You are a good poster so far, this new guy is either a child (seriously) or a casual Chiefs fan who is overly excited that you are hosting a playoff game.
We have one shut down corner and he hasn't gotten "torched" since week 2. Cromartie is an above average corner who showed flashes of being shutdown earlier in the year but has recently cemented himself as above average and nothing more.
Honcho never said the Jets would win because they were favored....he said he wouldn't be surprised if the Jets were favored in this game......do you know how to read?
Obviously I can read, but if his point that Vegas has the Jets favored then what is he getting at? That most people expect the Jets to win? Based on what?
