uh maybe because some of us are fans of the team and we aren't just gonna let skip bayless talk shit about our team w/o pointing out what a douche he truly is.
That's how I feel. I'd equate it to someone making fun of one of your friends or family members. It may just be their opinion and it could be completely wrong but Im not gonna sit there like a wet towel and listen to the insults.
In before jonnyd posts this is the internet and nobody gives a shit if you're not gonna let some hack talk shit about your favorite team
Skip Bayless might know less about sports than anyone in the entire media. This is the same imbecile who called Kevin Garnett, "Kevin Gar-not" for years. What an empty bag of air.
He likes to use buzz words and make up his own faggy catch phrases. He's a blowbag. Not intelligent enough to make a difference so he has to titilate and try and shock some attention. Fuck him and Fuck Cimini.
New York Jets, fuck the world. Theyll keep putting us down until we win it all and even then they'll probably have something to say so fuck em. No one ever liked us and now that were in the spotlight they hate us and thats alright with me.
Hi, um do you wanna read this thread first? Most of this is about how certain reporters are brazenly anti Jet. And some are blowhards who say shit for a reaction rather than actually contribute to society. Thanks for joining the conversation.
I'm shocked Skip Bayless actually stood up for the Steelers. He hates us. But, I'm not here to talk about what should and should not have been called (you won't convince me, I won't convince you.) I'm here to congratulate Jet fans on a big win over my team. You guys needed it more than we did in the end, and I will give Sanchez credit for that brilliant fake. Bottom line is you won't win many games giving up a safety and a kickoff return. It's whatever though. Congrats again.
Thanks. I appreciate the humbled remarks. You won't see that from many Steeler or Patriot fans so when it does show up its a bit shocking. It was a great game all around.
I wouldn't agree that the Jets got lucky, the officiating was awful. Has been all year. As long as the referee crews call the games the way they have been, missed calls like this will continue to occur. The refs missed multiple calls that should have went in the Jets favor before the Lowery play happened. Of course because Lowery is a Jet everyone will get all bent out of shape over that one particular missed call.
Good things the Steelers got lucky on no calls when James Harrison speared Sanchez on the ground after his scramble for no gain and his direct helmet to helmet hit on Edwards over the middle. The guy put his head down and ran directly into Edwards head..didn't see what he was hitting just went in head first. Two awful non-calls if you ask me. And yeah Brady had 4 INTs dropped - 2 of which were simple right at you catches. That isn't luck though because Brady is soo good that nothing unlucky can happen to him.
