The guy did not seem to be hurt at all. He picked the snowball up and was hopping around like he was having a good time. He should sue all the asshole seahawks fans that were raining down all the snowballs on the Jets players. This is so stupid. Then you wait almost two freaking years to sue. BS

As a Seahawk season ticket holder who was near that area when that happened, we all thought it was cool and were laughing about it. The guy suing Ellis is a douche. We were throwing snow at the players and each other even a couple of the Seahawks players threw snow at the fans.
