Yea he was very noticeable. He played well in coverage too today. Maybe with Leonhard gone hes playing a more familiar role but I really dont know.
Would have been the hero of the game if he could have stayed on his goddamn feet and scored on the fumble recovery.
i'd be more impressed if he plays well the next 2 weeks. henne is just awful and the weather didn't help.
Everyone on defense did their job it was a great game by them. The only reason Marshall scored was because he was covered by Bart Scott.... and they still barely got it.
this. I couldn't believe he didn't pick up the ball and run with it....that was a TD all the way.....Pool was surrounded by Jets players....he had the BLOCKS!
It's a good thing too. With Eric Smith doubtful for Sunday against the Steelers he's likely to be starting next to Emmanuel Cook! We definitely him to step it up with all of our injuries at safety!
This is what scares me. We have a guy we signed off the street a little over a week ago going to be starting for us. And the top two guys we have who would be calling the signals in the secondary are out, against a team with an elite defense (with our offense struggling badly right now) and an offense that can be explosive at times, particularly when the safeties don't rotate over or take a bad angle to try and tackle a deceptively fast Mike Wallace...
He stepped up big time, 1 very nice aspect to take away from a shitty offensive day. How is Kdub doing in practice, making steps forward??
