I've been disappointed about this loss just as much as everybody, but we were just as bad at this point in the season last year. We already have 9 wins, so we are in a better position than last year, and I doubt we need play scenarios if we can get 10wins. I really think the good Jets defense is here to stay and we won't have anymore bad defensive games. The pass rush looked much better and hell even Pool got a sack and a fumble recovery. The offense....well, who knows. Schotty's job is on the line, he has got to know that. Everyone in New York is now ripping this guy; its only a matter of time that he receives his walking papers if nothing changes. He can forget any head coach job offers for him either, he is looking at being the OC for a shitty team at best. Pinned to the wall, I think Schotty makes some changes and the offense looks halfway decent in the next three games. Otherwise, we will see him gone...which is not a bad thing either. Anyway, we picked this team to root for and we gotta believe in our team! We are still in this, just like we were last year. F*** what the media says or what fans who support other teams say, we all know this is talented team and has the talent to win the Superbowl. This is far from over!
I still believe in this team. We're going on the road, which is we're we've excelled, against a good football team. Rex will have them ready this week, you can guarantee it.
I never understood why people thought so highly of Schottenheimer, maybe because of Marty? He'd never make a good head coach, anyone that thinks this guy will get any offers even at this point or in the past is crazy.
You know what...just because of this thread I'm going to support Sanchez. I'm not going to say that he's a bust at #5 and has no skillset. No, I'm going to keep the faith. Watch this and get inspired! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_rib5nD5P0
