    This is what I'm mostly worried about. Is Rex going to sit there and continue to pound his chest and think we can just impose our will on people or is he going to recognize we need to adjust? Obviously Schotty doesn't see this or it would have been done weeks ago. It needs to come from the top. If it doesn't we will not be a force in the playoffs.

    Agreed it was an entire offensive failure, at least this game

    However, Schott has been problemmatic every year excluding his first year

    Sanchez is handcuffing this offense....

    Get Schotty a QB that can throw the ball down the field...

    Chad couldn't get it there..... Mark is too inaccurate.

    Tannenbaum, easy. He drafted an extremely inexperienced QB and allowed him to be thrown into the fire too quickly. One more year like the last two and Sanchez will become a lost cause, which wasn't at all necessary.

    He also dumped Woodhead.
